Hear from the Experts
On October 29th, AED-COACH hosted a symposium to highlight the projects of five (5) community-based and national organizations funded through AED's National HIV/AIDS Anti-Stigma Initiative. At the meeting, experts presented and participated in panel discussions highlighting how stigma and discrimination impact HIV/AIDS prevention and care; new research in the field; examples of promising and sustainable anti-stigma programs; and what policy changes are necessary to implement effective programs.
